Start from the symptom, not the service

Problems we solve

Most people arrive describing a symptom rather than a service. These are the ones we see most. Each runs the same arc: what we measure, what it usually turns up, and what gets built. For specific engagements and what changed, see Work.

Our sales team is buried in leads that go nowhere

Channel quality
What we measure

Every enquiry from the suspect channel traced to outcome, including the sales hours it consumed. Volume is not the measure.

What it usually finds

A large share were never qualified. The team works them by hand because no filter exists, and genuine enquiries wait behind them.

What we build

An AI qualification layer in front of the channel so unqualified enquiries never enter the pipeline, and the recovered time goes somewhere useful.

Ad spend keeps rising and orders do not

Paid performance
What we measure

Every keyword classified by purchase intent and weighted against margin and what you want to sell, then joined to actual closed orders.

What it usually finds

Budget concentrated on research-stage terms, and demand terms nobody is bidding on. The platform was optimising towards form fills.

What we build

Restructured account, offline conversions fed back so the platform learns from orders, and organic content aimed at the terms the analysis surfaced.

Nobody can say what happened to an enquiry

Capture & attribution
What we measure

We submit test enquiries through every published route and time what happens, then check whether each one was recorded anywhere at all.

What it usually finds

A form pointing at an unread inbox. WhatsApp on somebody's personal phone. Calls ringing out with no record. No source on anything.

What we build

Every route instrumented into one record with source attached, an owner assigned on arrival, and reporting that runs from spend to order.

Deals stall and nobody knows why

Pipeline
What we measure

Deal and communication data extracted and analysed: stakeholders actually engaged, emails per person, and how fast deals move between stages.

What it usually finds

Deals running on a single contact with no second stakeholder involved, and deals sitting well past the point at which they normally close.

What we build

Follow-up and prompting aimed at the specific gap, automated where a person would not reliably keep up, plus a dashboard that surfaces stalls early.

Enquiry quality varies and we cannot tell why

Call quality
What we measure

Calls scored on quality rather than duration, compared across agents and enquiry types over time.

What it usually finds

The variance is in handling, not in the leads. Specific agents lose specific conversation types, consistently.

What we build

Per-agent scoring reported back so each person has a concrete thing to change, plus routing so enquiries reach whoever handles them best.
