Call tracking and scoring

See which spend produces calls, catch the ones that ring out, and score the calls on quality rather than length.

Our process

Scored on quality, not just counted. Every missed call becomes a worked queue.

06

CRM integration

Call results in deal records.

Outcome: Call outcomes recorded against the deal, visible in pipeline reporting.

What is included

Numbers by channel

Separate tracking numbers so you can attribute phone enquiries to the campaign or page that produced them.

Ring-out reporting

How many calls went unanswered, when, and on which line. This is usually the first thing that pays for the engagement.

Missed-call recovery

A workflow that puts unanswered calls into a queue with an owner, rather than leaving them as a number on a report.

Quality scoring

Calls scored against criteria that fit your sales process, compared across agents and over time.

Outcomes to CRM

Call results recorded against the deal record, so phone activity appears in pipeline reporting.

Calling operations

Where a team is doing outbound by phone, we build the operation around them: daily priority lists, meeting booking during the call, prospect reminders on WhatsApp and email, and a leaderboard. Built as one application rather than four tools joined at the edges.

Problems we have solved

Described by the problem rather than by the client.

Calls ringing out on an unmonitored line

What we found

A published number was routing to a desk that was frequently unattended. Nobody had ever measured how many calls went unanswered because nothing reported it.

What we built

Ring-out reporting plus a recovery workflow assigning every missed call to an owner with a callback deadline.

What changed

Missed calls became a worked queue instead of an invisible loss.

A calling team working across four disconnected tools

What we found

Cold calling was being run from a spreadsheet, with a separate dialler, a calendar link pasted into chat, and no analysis of the calls themselves beyond how many were made.

What we built

A single application covering the daily priority list, call tracking and analysis, quality reports per caller, a leaderboard, meeting booking during the call, and automatic WhatsApp and email reminders to the prospect.

What changed

Coaching moved from call counts to call quality, and meetings stopped being lost between the call and the calendar.

Consistent variance between agents

What we found

Enquiry quality appeared to fluctuate. Scoring showed the variance was in handling, not in the leads, and was consistent by agent and by enquiry type.

What we built

Per-agent scoring reported back with specific improvement points, plus routing so enquiry types reach whoever handles them best.

What changed

Managers had something concrete to coach on rather than a general impression.
