What is included

Sending infrastructure

Separate domains and mailboxes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured, warmed gradually. Your primary domain is never used.

Target list building

Built to a defined profile with sources we can trace, because unverifiable data becomes a compliance problem later.

Sequence copy

Written on the assumption the reader knows they are being sold to. Short, specific, and about them rather than about you.

LinkedIn

Run alongside email rather than as a separate channel, with connection and message pacing kept within platform limits.

Reply handling

Classification and routing, kept manual in the early weeks so we learn what the replies actually mean before automating anything.

Suppression

Opt-outs handled automatically with no human step, and a permanent suppression list that survives campaign changes.

Problems we have solved

Described by the problem rather than by the client.

A programme that had burned the main domain

What we found

A previous effort had sent cold volume from the company's primary domain. Ordinary business email was landing in spam, including invoices.

What we built

Moved all cold sending to separate warmed domains, rebuilt authentication on the primary, and let it recover before restarting outreach.

What changed

Normal business email started arriving again, which mattered more than the campaign.

Replies that nobody was reading properly

What we found

Automation was classifying every reply as interested or not. Referrals, timing objections and wrong-contact responses were all being discarded together.

What we built

Manual classification for six weeks to learn the actual reply categories, then automation built around what was really there.

What changed

Referrals and timing responses stopped being thrown away.
