Lead nurturing
Most enquiries are not ready when they arrive. Nurturing keeps them warm until they are.
Our process
The cheapest recovery available, because the enquiries have already been paid for.
Pipeline audit
Find the dead enquiries worth reviving.
Segment and sequence
Build sequences by stage and interest.
Content for the cycle
Write messages that help, not chase.
Behaviour triggers
React when someone re-engages.
Handback to sales
Route re-engaged leads to a person.
Measure recovered pipeline
Track what comes back.
What is included
Stage-based sequences
Triggered by where a deal actually sits rather than by how many days have passed. An enquiry parked at quotation needs a different sequence from one that never got to a first call.
Email and WhatsApp
Both channels, run together. In Indian B2B a WhatsApp message is often read when an email is not, and for some segments it is the only channel that works.
Behaviour triggers
Site visits, document downloads, email engagement and call activity feed back into the sequence, so someone showing renewed interest moves to a different track immediately.
Handback to sales
The instant somebody re-engages, the owner is notified with the full history. Nurturing exists to create conversations, not to keep a list busy.
Content for the sequence
Written to be useful on its own rather than to chase. In a long cycle the messages that get read are the ones that help the buyer make their case internally.
Reporting
Measured on revived enquiries and pipeline recovered, not on open rates. The question is how many written-off enquiries came back.

Ask usProblems we have solved
Described by the problem rather than by the client.
A pipeline of enquiries everyone had written off
What we found
A large number of enquiries marked not ready over previous years. Nothing had happened to any of them after that first call. Several had since bought from competitors.
What we built
A long-cycle sequence segmented by product interest and how far the original conversation had progressed, with an immediate route back to a salesperson on any sign of re-engagement.
What changed
Conversations started coming out of a list nobody had considered live, at no additional cost per enquiry.
Follow-up that depended on somebody remembering
What we found
Follow-up was a personal habit rather than a process. The best salesperson did it well, everyone else did it when the week allowed, and nobody could see who had been left.
What we built
Automated the routine touches so people were never dropped, and left the judgement calls with sales rather than automating those too.
What changed
The gap between the best and worst follow-up in the team closed, and nothing depended on who happened to be busy that week.
