Reporting and dashboards

One view from spend through enquiry to closed order, built from the decision backwards.

Our process

Built from the decision backwards. If a panel does not lead to action, it does not go on.

What is included

Source-to-order attribution

Channel and campaign carried through enquiry to closed order, so you can see which spend produced revenue.

Response-time reporting

How long enquiries wait before first contact, by channel and by owner.

Pipeline health

Stalls, ageing deals and stages where movement stops, surfaced early rather than at review.

Sales activity

Calls, meetings and follow-ups against outcomes, so activity is measured against what it produced.

Built in your stack

Zoho Analytics, or your existing BI tool if you already have one your team uses.

Problems we have solved

Described by the problem rather than by the client.

A dashboard nobody opened

What we found

An existing dashboard had over thirty panels. It was technically correct and no decision had ever been made from it.

What we built

Rebuilt with a small number of panels, each tied to a specific recurring decision, and everything else removed.

What changed

It started being used in the weekly sales meeting, which the previous version never was.

Marketing and sales reporting that could not be reconciled

What we found

Marketing reported enquiries. Sales reported orders. The two numbers were produced from different systems and could not be joined, so nobody could evaluate spend.

What we built

Attribution carried end to end and one reporting layer built over both.

What changed

The argument about whose numbers were right stopped, because there was one set.
