Website design and build
Websites built to convert visitors into enquiries. On WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Astro or any platform that fits your team.
Our process
Every step produces a deliverable you can see and a decision you can make before the next one begins.
Understand the requirements
Lead generation, brand awareness, sales enablement. We define what the site needs to do before deciding how to build it.
Keyword & competitor analysis
What buyers are searching, who is ranking, and where the gaps are.
Positioning analysis
How you are different from the three suppliers a buyer is comparing you with, and how the site should say it.
Design language finalisation
Colours, typography, layout principles. Locked before a single page is built.
Mockup & wireframing using AI
AI-assisted wireframes and mockups so you see the structure early and revisions are cheap.
Building the website
Development on WordPress or a headless stack, with content structured around how buyers search.
Connecting CRM & automation
Every enquiry lands in your CRM with the source attached. Alerts, assignments and sequences wired in from day one.
Analytics setup
GA4 events, goal tracking, heatmaps and session recordings configured so you know what visitors do and where they drop off.
QA & testing
Cross-browser, mobile, forms, speed, tracking. Tested before anything goes live.
Deployment
Go-live with redirects, DNS, SSL and monitoring in place. Zero-downtime cutover.
Maintenance
Plugin updates, security patches, backups and edits. Most clients keep us on for this.
On-going SEO
Continuous keyword tracking, content updates and technical fixes to keep the site climbing.
What is included
Design and build
Full site design, build and migration from your existing platform, including redirects so the search visibility you already have is not thrown away.
Content architecture
Product, application and capability pages structured around how buyers actually search, rather than around your internal org chart.
Enquiry instrumentation
Forms that land in a system rather than an inbox, with delivery confirmed, failures alerted, and the traffic source attached to every submission.
Ongoing management
Edits, updates, plugin and security maintenance, and page additions as the business changes. Most clients keep us on for this.
Performance and hosting
Core Web Vitals, image handling and caching. Ongoing hosting, monitoring, backups and patching are covered separately under managed hosting.

Ask usProblems we have solved
Described by the problem rather than by the client.
A site that was collecting enquiries nobody received
What we found
The main contact form had been pointed at an email address belonging to someone who left the company. It had been failing quietly for an unknown period. Nobody had submitted a test enquiry since launch.
What we built
Rebuilt the form to write to a system with delivery confirmation and a failure alert, then backfilled what could be recovered from server logs.
What changed
Enquiries stopped disappearing, and the client got an alert the next time a route broke rather than finding out months later.
Product pages nobody could find the right one on
What we found
A large catalogue organised the way the factory thinks about it, by model series. Buyers were searching by application and material, so they landed on a category page and left.
What we built
Restructured the catalogue around application and specification, with model pages underneath, and added comparison tables buyers could actually use.
What changed
Visitors reached a relevant page directly instead of navigating a hierarchy that made sense only internally.
